SEND OFF HUNGAMA!!!

This was the day when we were deciding wat to do for our send off party.As a tradition ,our juniors would throw a party for us.But we would also be required to do something ,like a small dance or song or anything for that matter.So all the 10th standard students put their thinking caps on and well thought(uh...ofcourse!).So we first thought that we would dance for a popular song during that time.But the idea did not sound radical enough,so it was dropped.Then someone thought of singing a song ........ it sounded good but we wanted to do something original and not sing a song which would be as it is blaring from all possible directions.Well,then one of them thought of a wonderful idea......"why dont we write a poem on our school and all the things we like about it??".This idea clicked with all the"committee members".So here goes the poem we wrote:
These words of gratitude I write

to thank all the teachers

who have been my guides

throughout my school life



It is because of these teachers

that I am confident today

to face all the challenges

that come my way



It is because of these teachers

that I m filled with morals

that make me proud to say

I am a Carmalite



And these are the teachers

who give me a reason

to stand here and say

"thank you dear teachers".
